Technical Estates Manager
Summary: The Technical Estates Manager role is a six-month contract position focused on supporting the development and delivery of public sector estate strategies and infrastructure projects. The position requires managing external consultants and design professionals while ensuring adherence to design standards and providing technical expertise throughout project lifecycles. This hybrid role is based in Edinburgh and aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of project delivery within the estates team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Knowledge of construction standards, building regulations, and project governance.

Working within the Estates team, you will manage external consultants and design professionals, oversee design commissions, maintain estate design standards, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the long-term development of our clients facilities.
