Summary: Join a leading independent technology and services provider as an IT Support Analyst – L2 On-site, responsible for the installation and re-installation of IT equipment across various locations. The role requires ensuring proper setup of desktop PCs and monitor screens in designated quiet rooms and admin areas. This position is based in Lisburn and offers competitive pay rates through an umbrella company or PAYE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Re-install IT equipment in Ground Floor and First Floor locations, including Quiet Rooms and admin desks.
- Ensure the active counter position is equipped with a Retail built Desktop PC.
- Install monitor screens on newly supplied monitor arms in specified Quiet Rooms.
Key Skills:
- Experience in IT support and installation.
- Knowledge of desktop PC setups and monitor installations.
- Ability to work on-site and follow installation guidelines.

Pay Rates:
Umbrella Rate: £19.33/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
PAYE Basic Rate: £14.90/hour
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Summary of responsibilities:
Re-Install – Ground Floor – 2x Quiet Rooms, 1x Counter Position, 3x Admin Desks, 1x ID Scanner & 2x Network Printers (Admin & Staff room printer to be relocated to Quiet Room1).
Please ensure the active counter position is installed with a Retail built Desktop PC and not a laptop set-up. Install 1x admin on blocked-up counter position.
Install monitor screens on to newly supplied monitor arms – Arms supplied by the property – This is for Quiet Rooms 1 & 2.
Re-Install – First Floor – 5x Quiet Rooms.
Install monitor screens on to newly supplied monitor arms – arms supplied by the property – in Quiet Rooms 3, 4, 5 & 6 only.
