Summary: The Total Rewards Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the EMEA Total Rewards team, focusing on compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and conducting compensation analytics. The Total Rewards Analyst will support the EMEA Total Rewards team with a primary focus on EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance, compensation analytics, pay transparency requests, data validation, and cross-functional coordination. This individual will partner closely with Compensation, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Operations teams to help ensure compliant implementation of pay transparency requirements across multiple countries. The role requires someone who can work independently, handle sensitive compensation data, and maintain accuracy in a highly regulated environment.
