User Researcher - SC Clearance

Summary: The User Experience (UX) Researcher role involves planning and delivering research using various techniques, with a focus on providing insights to support key projects. The position requires advanced proficiency in UX research and tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. The role is contract-based for six months and requires SC Clearance. The working arrangement is hybrid, with three days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, structure, and deliver research using various secondary and primary research techniques.
• Provide market trends, research outcomes, and communication strategies in support of key projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team, and engage with multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop comprehensive research plans that align with project goals and stakeholder needs.
• Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Support colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative research environment.
• Contribute to the refinement of research methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate findings clearly and influence project direction.
• Maintain SC Clearance.
