Voids Operative

You’ll be working for a major social housing company in the Abingdon area of Oxford, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Voids Operative.

I would love to see CV’s from anyone who has worked as Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, or Tradesman who are versatile skilled professional who carry out diverse repairs, maintenance within void properties.

As a Voids Operative you will be:

• Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in void properties
• Complete the repairs across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, and flooring
• Complete full property refurbishments where required within void timescales
• Complete accurate PDA updates, timesheets and work reports

I’d love to speak to Voids Operative who has:

• Relevant Qualifications or over 5 year’s experience in the trade
• Skilled in 2 or more trade
• Own van and tools
• Experience working in void properties
• Able to travel to Oxford

This Voids Operative role is offering the following benefits:

• £190 - 230 per day (Self Employed payment basis available)
• Guaranteed 40 hr week
• Opportunity to go permanent with the company
• Weekly payments
