Workday HCM Core HR Consultant
Summary: The role of Workday HCM Core HR Consultant involves providing expert configuration and implementation support for Workday HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation
- Translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Supporting end-to-end testing activities including SIT and UAT
- Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to align configuration with business processes
- Producing and maintaining functional documentation and configuration workbooks
- Working within an Agile or structured project delivery framework
Key Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Compensation)
- Previous involvement in at least one full Workday implementation lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workstream
- Strong stakeholder communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Workday certification in HCM or related modules (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working in a European regulatory environment (GDPR awareness, country-specific HR requirements) a plus

THE ROLE
You'll be working as a key functional consultant on a Workday HCM engagement, supporting configuration, testing, and implementation activities across in-scope modules. You'll work closely with HR stakeholders and project teams to deliver solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation
Translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
