Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to align configuration with business processes
  • Producing and maintaining functional documentation and configuration workbooks

  • Previous involvement in at least one full Workday implementation lifecycle

Workday HCM Core HR Consultant | Contract | Europe

We're looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join a client engagement across Europe. If you have hands-on configuration experience across Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation - and you're looking for your next contract opportunity - we'd love to hear from you.

THE ROLE

You'll be working as a key functional consultant on a Workday HCM engagement, supporting configuration, testing, and implementation activities across in-scope modules. You'll work closely with HR stakeholders and project teams to deliver solutions aligned with Workday best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation

Translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions

Supporting end-to-end testing activities including SIT and UAT

Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to align configuration with business processes

Producing and maintaining functional documentation and configuration workbooks
